GENERAL Terms Of Service

Commisioning me means that you have already read and understand my TOS and have agreed to everything stated. Failure to comply with any of my Terms of Service will result in a Blacklist Thank you for your time!
TOS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

🍊 Proper credit is needed when uploading the art- link to at least one specific social media (Twitch/Twitter/Tiktok/Facebook), + mention my name
🍊 Please do not delete or edit the receipts of chat log regarding commissions between us once the commission rough draft has been accepted. I reserve the right to screenshot/save proof of ethical and fair business transactions WITHOUT personal information exposed. This is for safety purposes, for both the artist and the client.
🍊 I reserve the right to post the art/wip of the art to social media and tag the commissioner. If the commissioner wants the art to stay private or wants to release only teasers, I will respect your choice and do what is needed
🍊 I reserve the right to change my prices. Prices will not be changed if your commission has been accepted and paid for (excluding major revision fees/rush fees)
🍊 The client reserves full right to sell the commision art in any form of merchandises (STRICTLY NO NFTS) once commercial fee is paid with proper credits

Payment Method

PAYMENT METHODS

🍊 Art Trades are allowed upon request and are selective. I reserve the right to decline an art trade as form of payment.
🍊 Currency can only be in USD or in MYR. Payment can be through Ko-Fi, Paypal, any Malaysian Banks, Art Trade (selective)
🍊 50% of total payment should be completed within 48 hours when rough sketch is confirmed. Final payment should be completed within 48 hours of the completed art being accepted, but before the full sized render is sent to the commissioner through gmail/ social account dms
🍊 Failure to pay the required amount within 48 hours will result in the commission being cancelled
🍊 The commissioner may request a full refund ONLY before the line art process (after the rough draft is accepted) Otherwise, 50% of the amount paid so far will be refunded to the commissioner before the final draft. Once final draft has been sent for review, 0% will be refunded to the commissioner
🍊 Returning customers who have purchased at least 2 separate commission pieces worth over $60 will get a 50% discount on their whole order!
🍊Priority commisions (top of to-do list) are required to pay $10% of the overall cost

COMMISION PROCESS

🍊 Commisions are not on a first come first serve basis, I'll choose which commision to do first depending on my mood to ensure my works are of high quality
🍊 Consistent communication throughout the commission process is appreciated. The commissioner is required to send payment within 48 hours of accepting the art drafts.
🍊 If I cannot contact you regarding the commission within 12 hours of my last message, your commission will be put aside and other commission prioritized. Requested deadlines will be disregarded. If I cannot contact you regarding the commission for another 24 hours, the commission will be cancelled with no refunds.
🍊 All commissions will take a maximum of 8 months to complete. If not, I'll refund paid money + fully rendered piece of what I have managed to finish
🍊 Orders of multiple commission may not be completed in chronological order. I will choose which is easier to complete first
